PE Piping Systems (polyethylene)

PE pipes – manufacturer of piping systems Gamrat

Gamrat is a manufacturer with over 80 years of history, which has been researching the properties of polyethylene since its inception. Thanks to this, we can offer you piping systems of the highest quality, used in water supply, sewage, gas, pressure, pool or well installations. These are solutions intended both for individual users and for large infrastructure investments. The use of advanced production technologies and damage-resistant polyethylene PE allows us to create components with excellent technical parameters and high durability.

Polyethylene pipes – properties and applications

We produce PE pipes for the transport of gas, drinking water and sewage. Polyethylene has a wide range of applications – it is characterized by high flexibility, light weight and resistance to mechanical damage. PE pipes perform well in mining areas, in places with large temperature fluctuations or during road works. Additionally, they are resistant to chemicals, which makes them ideal for industrial applications. The Gamrat offer includes PE100 and PE100RC pipes, single- and multilayer, in various diameters – for the transport of water, gas and sewage.

What distinguishes polyethylene from other materials?

Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic material produced by the polymerization of ethylene. The most commonly used is high-density polyethylene HDPE, which is distinguished by high resistance to damage. PE pipes perfectly withstand extreme temperatures and the effects of weather conditions. Produced by extrusion from PEHD raw material of class PE100 or PE100RC, they achieve exceptional physical, chemical and mechanical strength. Thanks to this, they are used in the water supply, gas, food, chemical, cosmetic, drainage and automotive industries.

Advantages of PE pipes – why choose them?

Gamrat PE pipes are modern and versatile solutions. Their key advantages include:

  • high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage,
  • flexibility facilitating installation even in hard-to-reach places,
  • smooth inner surface reducing flow resistance,
  • resistance to stray currents and electrochemical corrosion,
  • long service life and reliability in all conditions.

Gamrat PE pipes are used in residential, industrial and municipal construction, ensuring durability of installations for many years.

Ecology and recycling

Disassembled or damaged PE products should be delivered to Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) as construction waste – they are recyclable.
